Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using WA Toolkit Pro ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WA Toolkit Pro, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
WA Toolkit Pro provides utility tools that complement the WhatsApp messaging platform, including:
- Status Saver – save publicly visible WhatsApp statuses
- Direct Chat – initiate chats without saving contacts
- Text Repeater, Empty Message, Fancy Text, QR Generator
- Sticker Maker and Chat Export (V2 Premium features)
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the App to harass, spam, or harm any individual
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the App
- Use the App to violate WhatsApp's own Terms of Service
- Distribute or resell the App without authorization
- Use the App to infringe on any intellectual property rights
4. WhatsApp Disclaimer
WA Toolkit Pro is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a registered trademark of WhatsApp Inc.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the App complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
5. Premium Features
Certain features (Sticker Maker, Chat Export) are labeled as "V2 Premium" and may require a one-time purchase or subscription. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding in WA Toolkit Pro are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
WA Toolkit Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or service interruptions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in-app and on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
